Everything we do, written down and left up.
This is where the work will live. For every workshop: the primer people started from, who was there, the board as it was built, the written summary, the proposed plan, and whatever the sponsor tells us happened afterward. Where the collab agreed and where it did not, in the same detail.
Before there is anything here
Nothing here yet. Issues can be brought forward now, and the first workshops will be planned in early 2027.
When the first one happens, six things go up and stay up:
- The issue as it was brought forward, and who sponsored it.
- The primer everyone started from, posted before the evening.
- The room: who came, what each person said their stake was, and who we asked who could not make it.
- The output: as it was built, not a tidied-up version of it.
- The summary: what was explored, where the collab came together, where it did not, and what each choice would cost.
- The plan it proposed, published here the same day it went to the sponsor.
And after that, whatever the sponsoring organization tells us actually happened.
If the sponsor has chosen to film or stream a workshop, the recording goes here too.
